In and around Benson Arizona.

A couple of lazy days here in Benson. Tuesday  liking the area we moved across town to The Valley Vista RV Resort and booked in for a full week. The weather is incredible, cool nights down to around 6/7c and during the day into the high 20c. The resort has lots of activities which has kept us here at the resort for the last couple of days.

This morning took the truck into a local garage, Oakley's for an oil change $35. you can't beat that, what a deal, nice people as well.
Went for a walk around town while they serviced the truck and took a few photos. A Yellow Headed Blackbird and a Brown headed Cowbird both males.

This old motel is out of business and up for sale, wonderful sign though.

Another old style motel with some wonderful wall paintings.
Benson has lots of these wall paintings, the murals here at The Oasis Court all have a Native American theme.

I think this is a 1946 Chevy 2 ton truck, behind an AmTrac train has just come to rest at the Benson stop.
Tomorrow we hope to go to Tombstone to see some more of the old west.
