A visit to Tombstone.

Arrived in Tombstone late morning, temperature in the mid twenties c. great day. Looking down Allen Street the main thoroughfare.
The Bird Cage Theatre the first building as we turned on Allen Street from the parking, lots of history in this old theatre.
Looking across the street

Great sign.

This is a really striking building, from afar it looked like cut stone, went and had a closer look, it was lined with shaped tin!
Big Nose Kates Saloon, had lunch here, we started off with sarsaparilla for Ruth and an Amber Ale for me followed by a cheese steak sandwich (her) and a Reuben (him) with all the bits, they were very good ( not sure about the sarsaparilla) and very reasonable for a tourist trap town, live music as well.

 An original Butterworth Overland Stagecoach.

Another stage, don't think this is an original.
Want a new pair of boots, what a choice, where would you start?

Some old carts, lots of these lying around Tombstone.
Boot Hill at the end of town.  A good day out, Tombstone is a little tacky but not as bad as we had been told. I'm glad we went.
