Cupids, Newfoundland.

The B&B we stayed at in Cupids, a converted Anglican Church very confortable with a really good evening meal.
Before breakfast we went on a short walk down this trail. In the half hour we on the trail we came across, wild blueberries, partridge berries hazel nut trees loaded with nuts, squirrels and lots of birds.

Wish we had more time to have done the full loop of this trail.
Spectical Head across the water from Cupids.
Cupids was the first English Colony in North America founded in 1610 and lived in up to this day except for a short period during the wars with France when it had the misfortune to be a target of French raids.
This is the remains of the original settlement. The frame building in the background is a reconstruction of the original building.
Last sight of Cupids as we leave and head for villages with some really different names, our first call will be at Hearts Content.
